Q: How do I clean and protect my leather?

A: The best way to clean your leather goods is by wiping down with a soft fabric such as cotton. If water spills on your leather, it can dry naturally or wipe with clean cloth. Do not apply heat such as a hairdryer to the leather as this can cause warping.

A leather conditioner can be used to moisturize the leather and protect it from wrinkles and drying out. We recommend Smith’s Leather Balm. It is recommended to apply a conditioner at least twice a year.

 

Q: Do you have vegan leather available?

A: We currently do not use vegan leather with our products.

 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: All our products are handmade in Colorado by owner and founder Elle.

 

Q: Where do you source your leather?

A: We use leather from tanneries in the USA, Italy, and Spain.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do. International shipping fees will be applied. We offer free shipping for domestic orders. 

 

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Unfortunately, we do not do custom orders.
